## What it does

- Collects audio (voice) testimonials through a shareable request link. The customer needs no app, no account and no form; they open the link in any browser, consent to the recording, and speak.
- Nothing is published until the owner approves it. The verbatim transcript is always kept and shown next to the tidied wording that gets displayed. The voice itself is never altered.
- Approved testimonials appear in an embeddable widget that updates itself, and can be shared as audio, image or video cards for a website, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn and X.
- Translates a testimonial into Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, French and Arabic. The reader sees translated words while the original recording plays. Translations are machine-generated.
- Analyses each transcript into plain findings: what customers value, which problems were solved, and which problems remain. Each testimonial is scored on what was said and on how often it is played and shared.
- Offers a REST API and MCP access, so an assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity can create requests and help share the results, and so requests can be triggered from a CRM.
- Testimonials can be deleted at any time, with the recording, transcript and analysis removed from database and file storage immediately and cached copies purged. Testimonials export to CSV.
