When a speaker records a testimonial, we collect:

  • Transcriptions of audio

  • Explicit consent confirmation and related metadata

We automatically collect certain information when users interact with the platform, including:

Consent is captured through an unchecked checkbox and is logged with timestamp, IP address, and consent version. Granting browser microphone permission alone does not constitute legal consent.

5. AI Processing and Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers to process data, including:

  • Hume AI – for emotion and sentiment analysis. Hume may store and use submitted data to train and improve its models.
  • OpenAI – for audio transcription and natural language processing

By submitting audio, speakers acknowledge that their data will be processed by these providers in accordance with this Privacy Policy and their respective terms.

6. Automated Processing Disclaimer

All audio analysis is fully automated. No human review of recordings is performed.

AI-generated insights are probabilistic and indicative in nature and should not be treated as definitive assessments or used for medical, psychological, legal, or employment-related decisions.

7. Payments

Payments on the platform are processed through third-party payment processors such as PayPal.

We do not collect or store credit card, debit card, or bank account information. Payment data is handled directly by PayPal in accordance with their own privacy and security policies. PayPal acts as an independent data controller for payment-related information.

  • Optional Storage Region: India (opt-in where applicable)

Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including:

  • Encryption in transit using TLS 1.2+ / HTTPS
  • Encryption at rest using AES-256
  • SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure
  • ISO 27001 certified infrastructure (via GCP)
  • Secure storage of secrets and API keys
  • Web Application Firewall (WAF) and load balancing

9. Data Retention

  • Audio recordings and related data are stored until deleted by the platform user.
  • Once deleted, data is permanently removed and not retained in backups.
